I was born in California but my true roots are in New Mexico. I grew up in Northern New Mexico near Red River where my parents owned a small resort called Cottonwood Park. I have always enjoyed fishing, hiking & horse back riding. I attended Highland High School in Albuquerque and graduated from Ocean Springs HS in Ocean Springs Mississippi. I attended UNM and the University of Southern Mississippi.

  • My grandfather moved here in the 30's and started the Fulwiler Motor Company dealership. My great aunt owned Wright's Trading Post and along with her husband Charles Wright they would spend several months each year on indian reservations. He was the curator of indian artifacts at the Alvarado Hotel in Albuquerque and later they opened Wright's Trading Post. My mother owned a restaurant on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. It was named "Trilby's" after my grandmother. The restaurant was an area favorite for 35 years.
